No Returns

We do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

Issue Resolution

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Resolution Options

After reviewing your case, we may offer one of the following (at our discretion):

  • Replacement item
  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit

Reporting Timeframe

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor product variations
  • Normal wear and tear
